What we collect

When you place an order we receive your name, phone number, email address and delivery address, along with the order details and payment status. This is entered on the Razorpay payment page and shared with us so we can fulfil your order.

What we do not collect

We do not see or store your UPI PIN, net banking login or any card details. Payments are processed by Razorpay under its own security and privacy terms.

How we use your information

• To process, pack, ship and track your order.
• To contact you about your order by WhatsApp, phone or email.
• To handle returns, refunds and complaints.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with our payment provider (Razorpay) and courier partners so your parcel reaches you. We do not sell your personal information.
