Where we ship

We ship from Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu to addresses across India. [EDIT: add international shipping details here if you offer it, or state "We currently ship within India only."]

Processing and delivery time

• Orders are dispatched within [2–3] business days of payment confirmation.
• Delivery usually takes [3–7] business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
• During the peak season before the Tamil new year and Pongal, dispatch may take a few extra days.

Shipping charges

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we will send you the courier name and tracking details by WhatsApp or email.

Wrong address or failed delivery

• Please check your address and phone number carefully when you pay.
• If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available, we may need to charge extra to re-ship the order.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, follow the steps in our Refund Policy. We recommend recording a short video while opening the parcel.
