These terms apply to purchases made through kumaravikadan.com ("the website"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. About us

2. Products and prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown on each product card.
• Prices may change before you pay. The price shown on the payment page at the time of payment applies to your order.
• Calendar and panchangam content is printed as published for the year. Product images and descriptions are for guidance and small differences in colour or layout may occur.

3. Ordering and payment

• Orders are placed through a secure payment page provided by Razorpay. We accept UPI and net banking.
• We do not see or store your bank, UPI PIN or card details. Payment is handled entirely by the payment provider.
• An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully received. We will confirm by WhatsApp or email.

4. Delivery, cancellations and refunds

5. Intellectual property

The Kumara Vikadan name, calendar designs, layouts and website content belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reproduce them for commercial use without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Our calendars give traditional panchangam information (such as thithi, nakshatram and rahu kalam) as a general reference. We are not liable for decisions made based on this information. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

7. Governing law
